In 2006 a complete radical renovation took place in all areas of the 4th and 5th floor, new water supply pipes, new drainage and heating pipes, new floors with high quality tiles and aesthetics. The whole electrical installation was changed with new internal piping and wiring, main panel, sockets, switches, etc.
